The timeless design of this dining table fits any decor or style, a handcrafted work of art that will impress family and guests alike. The table seats a full house of eight adults, and is an eye-catching center to any dining room, parlor, or solarium.
Customers can select an exotic wood of their choice for the top, which will receive a hand-coated finish of polyurethane to showcase and protect the grain and natural beauty. The supports will be constructed of sturdy oak or maple, and will be stained or painted per customer request. This understated design can fit any aesthetic. A blonde-wood top and brushed silver braces would suit the most modernist or minimalist home, even as a douglas fir top would fit a reclaimed or rustic decor, and a dark sapele table match an antique or manor house look. For instance, the pictured table at left was custom-designed for a home in Oregon, featuring a black lamba tabletop and black-stained oak supports and black aluminum braces.
Size: The nominal size of the tabletop is 3.5 feet by 7 feet, with a 12" backset for the legs, with two 72" benches.
Design: The X-truss that spans between the two end legs is bolted on with 1/2" bolts and captured nuts. The end legs are bolt to threaded inserts in the bottom of the tabletop, making the table extremely strong but also easy to disassemble and move. Custom made L- and X-brackets on the table base and benches are cut from 3/16" aluminum, and painted per customer request.
Free delivery to Oregon or Washington State. The customer choice of lumber for the table top and benches has a $1000 allowance. Can be crated and shipped for additional cost. Please allow at least 6 weeks for delivery after lumber is chosen.
